Well. Apparently it's a good thing I didn't have the money to invest in one of the new flowns.
In the meantime, Dad is about ready to pop a vein over those delayed letters. He says at least one of his daughters should be able to make Head Girl and since Molly didn't... I would be honoured if they picked me, of course, but I don't see why he has to make such a big deal out of it.
So few days left until we go back to Hogwarts. I sort of wish we could have stayed on that beach in Italy forever.

I've been practising a bit with the phrase book Louis lent me, but before we left Rome this morning this Italian guy came up to me and said something that sounded like "I tuoi occhi sono come due stelle nella notte". It has something to do with eyes, I'm aware, but that's about all I've been able to find out.
But hey. È una bella giornata, no?

So far, none of us have killed each other yet. This is positive. And it is absolutely beautiful here, even if the roads are long and boring.
I think this is the prefect time to make use of the Charms club's excellent work.

With yesterday's- I nearly forgot I wanted to thank everyone who showed up for my birthday party this Saturday. I had a very nice time, and the cake was delicious.
Priya, thank you again for the wonderful painting. I think I will take it home with me and find a nice place for it in my room the next time we have a break.
And, of course, thanks go to my cousins (especially Lily) for arranging it all. I do hope I seemed properly surprised!
